One feature of LightBug devices is fall detection - when a fall is detected you receive a notification. This can be helpful when the device is being used for elderly people or tracking fragile cargo. But if this feature isn't useful to you, just follow the steps below to to disable this function.
1. Open the Lightbug App or go to the Web Portal
2. Go to 'Settings', then to the 'Notifications' page
2. Disable 'A fall is a detected'. The toggle will turn white to show that the alert is now disabled.
Please note:
- To apply the new settings immediately, press the button on your tracker. If you don't have your tracker to hand, the tracker will update its settings the next time it is scheduled to send a location update.
