If you have forgotten you password, check out this article


If you want to change your password but you haven't forgotten you current password, follow the steps below: 


1. On the LightBug App or Web Portal go to 'Account'



2. On the Account page, scroll down to 'Change Password' and enter the following: your current password and your new password. Then 'Save' 


Your password has now been updated. 


When signing into your LightBug account in the future, use your new password.
