If you have forgotten your password, you can reset it on the LightBug App or Web Portal.
1. On the homepage click 'Password Reset'
2. Enter the email address associated with your LightBug account
3. Check your email for a password reset email like the one below from 'remotethings'. Open the email and click the link.
4. Clicking the link will take you a password reset page. Enter your new password, and click 'Reset Password'
Your password has now been reset. You can now sign back into the LightBug App or Web Portal with your new password.
If you did not receive the password reset email from email:
- Check your spam folder for the email
- Ensure that the email address entered is the correct email (the one you created your Lightbug account with)
- If none of the above has worked, and you are still unable to reset your password, get in touch with us!
